Unfortunately Microsoft Forms does not give the ability to simply move ownership from one account to another for any quiz, survey or poll that you may have created. They can however be moved to an existing group, from here any member of this group will have the ability to edit/view/analyse these forms as owners themselves, it may be a good idea to create a separate group for your forms as to have better control over who has access to edit these forms.
How to Move your form to a Group
Go to the Microsoft Forms Webpage and login with your RGU email address.
1 - The form you intend to move may appear on this page under the "Recent" tab, if not go to the bottom of the page , and find the selection "All My Forms" and find the form in question.
2 - Find the form you are looking to move, click on the three dots and select the option "Move"
3 - Select the group you would like to move the Form to
The form will now be under the specified group, to check and verify that the Form is under the correct group. Select the back arrow on the webpage, to go back to the first webpage. From here at the very bottom of the page you will see a list of all the groups your account is attached to. Find the group you moved the form to and click on it , you should then be taken to a "Group Forms" page which will display all the forms attached to that group.
An added note, Admins don't have the ability to transfer ownership of created forms to a single user, however they do have the ability to move forms in an account to a group should that person not be able to move the forms themselves (such as someone who has left the university) however this is only for RGU email accounts not personal accounts. If this is required please contact the helpdesk service portal - RGU Service Desk Help Portal or email us at [email protected]
