For events in the Amphitheatre please log a ticket with IT Support using Freddy or [email protected]. IT require at least 24 hours notice to support events. For out of hours(9am-5pm) events we would require 48 hours notice. Out of hours costs are chargeable so please provide a budget code when requesting out of hours support.


Please contact IT for usage of the audio visual (AV) wireless screen sharing facility and the projector screen. You will be expected to provide a laptop with a USB port and the content to share to the screen.

Please contact IT for usage of the audio visual (AV) system consisting of podium and handheld mics which can be arranged through IT Services as well.
