User Login Guide
Like most RGU systems, Padlet is now configured with Microsoft authentication and therefore uses your standard RGU login details. To login to RGU Padlet please click on the following link:
New RGU Padlet Users
If you are new to Padlet and have never logged in you will be either prompted for your RGU credentials, or if you’re logged into other RGU services, you will be signed straight through via SSO. Once in you will have access to a standard student account
Non RGU Padlet Accounts (vanilla Padlet)
If an account already exists that has been created manually in (non RGU) Padlet then you will get a conversion prompt when logging in using the Microsoft button to change to a Backpack account:
If you click Sign in to padlet.com this will merge the two accounts into one and set your RGU credentials as the login method.
Existing RGU Padlet Accounts
If you have an existing RGU Padlet account, you will be signed in with all your existing access and any Padlets you already have access to.
Role Assignments
By default, all users are assigned the Student role. If you believe you require the Teacher or Admin roles, please contact DELTA via the support email delta@rgu.ac.uk requesting access. Please make sure to consult your department first as there are limited licences available per School.
