New Teams Cache Clear
Clearing Teams Cache can fix many issues with Teams and improve performance if running slow or not responding correctly.
To reset your Teams Cache you'll need to quit teams

Right-click on the Teams icon in the taskbar and select Quit.
- Press the Windows key + R. copy the path C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe and click **OK.
Delete all contents in this folder
relaunch Teams and test if its working
