How to report printer problems to Canon

When you have a problem with a canon printer and it is clearly only happening to that printer, then please contact IT Helpdesk to report the printer:

On the printer should be a sticker with a serial number of the printer.

When you Log a call then please add the serial number and the location of that printer .

Sometimes a reboot on the printer might be all it takes to fix it and that can easily be done at the printer, but pushing the power button to off and then back to on again.

It will then cycle through a restart process and that might then fix the problem.
