If you would like to share a video during a MS Teams call, you must ensure that the speaker settings in MS Teams are the same as the PC/Laptop.

Please follow the steps below before launching the call. If you are not the event organiser please let them know you will be sharing video content so they can check the room audio in advance.

To being you need to check the speak settings for the room, to do this click on the speaker icon on the bottom right of the screen.

From the Devices page you can test the speaker, microphone and camera are all set correctly. To do this use the "Make a test call" option and run a test. Testing in advance is always advised.

The Speakers should be set to the same setting as the PC/Laptop.

When you are ready to share your screen ensure that "include Computer sound" is selected. This allows the participants to hear any sound you would like to share from the PC/Laptop. This works for other sound outputs as well, and it not limited to videos.
