Clear Print Queue

If you have an error on your print queue, it could be one of the print jobs has got stuck due to an error or corruption, you can delete this job from your printer queue.

Open the queue by searching printers in the windows search menu and selecting Printers and Scanners

Click open Queue on the RGU Print printer (or other printer if it's not the default RGU one)

When the queue opens, right click the document that has errored and cancel it, sometimes you may need to clear all documents from queue before it starts to function.
