Laptop Loan Service - How to Request a PIN reminder
Once you have set you PIN number for using the Lapsafe locker this cannot be reset, if you forget your PIN press Forgot My PIN at the bottom of the screen
This will send you a reminder to your RGU email address and display the below screen.
The email will be sent from noreply@mail.onarken.com and will look similar to the below image.
