In some cases when NVivo is installed on macOS the below error is being received.



This simply means that the Software vendor have not registered with Apple and the application is not available via the App Store.


Please do not be concerned by the error and follow the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mh40616/mac to resolve the issue if you wish to continue with opening the application.
